"A very nice version of rhubarb pie. I received this recipe about 30 years ago and have always enjoyed it. Note: Preparation time includes picking and cleaning your rhubarb."

  • In a large bowl beat the eggs well.
  • Add the next 3 ingredients and mix.
  • Add the rhubarb and mix.
  • Pour rhubarb mix into an unbaked pie shell.
  • Prepare the topping by mixing together the butter, flour and sugar.
  • Crumble and sprinkle over the pie.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
