ingredients
- 1 -2 tablespoon butter (i use coconut oil)
- 3⁄4 cup slivered almonds
- 1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1⁄2 green cabbage
- 1⁄2 red cabbage
- 2 -4 green onions
- 2 cups broccoli
- 14 ounces dried chow mein noodles (can add all or part your call)
- 3⁄4 cup oil (again coconut with veg)
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
directions
- saute in frying pan butter,almonds,sunflower seeds.
- cut up cabage, & brocolli mix together.
- add chow mein noodles to frying pan and remove from heat.
- add green onions to frying pan mix.
- mix oil,viniger,sugar,soya sauce,and salt in sealable jar. shake to blend this is the sauce to pour over the salad.
- add sauce to mixture just before serving or noodles will become soft( i just pour sauce on dished out portions).
- Any leftovers are great as a **** STIR FRY ****.
