directions

  • saute in frying pan butter,almonds,sunflower seeds.
  • cut up cabage, & brocolli mix together.
  • add chow mein noodles to frying pan and remove from heat.
  • add green onions to frying pan mix.
  • mix oil,viniger,sugar,soya sauce,and salt in sealable jar. shake to blend this is the sauce to pour over the salad.
  • add sauce to mixture just before serving or noodles will become soft( i just pour sauce on dished out portions).
  • Any leftovers are great as a **** STIR FRY ****.
