This is wonderful! I'm writing this review as I'm eating! The dressing is just like the restaurants. I only did a few things differently. I used pre-package spring mix salad. I ran out of rice wine vinegar, so did 3 tablespoons of mirin (rice wine), and 3 tablespoons of regular vinegar. I also added a pinch of ginger powder to the dressing.
