  • 1. Peel the outer layer of broccoli stalks with a vegetable peeler. Cut the stalks into matchsticks. Combine with the next four ingredients.
  • 2. Blend the lime juice and olive oil.
  • 3. Mix together with the vegetables until lightly coated. Add salt to taste and sprinkle with almonds.
