Directions

  1. Heat grill to high. Bring a pan of water to the boil.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and boil for 7 minutes.
  3. Heat cheese sauce.
  4. Mix together grated cheese, nuts and breadcrumbs.
  5. Place cauliflower in an oven-proof dish, pour over cheese sauce and top with breadcrumb mix.
  6. Grill until brown and bubbly on top.
