Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 (16 ounce) packages frozen broccoli carrots cauliflower mix
  • 1 (2 7/8 ounce) can French fried onion rings

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine soup,mayonnaise,garlic and pepper in a medium bowl;mix well.
  3. Stir in cheese.
  4. Place vegetables in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Pour soup mixture over vegetables.
  6. Mix to coat vegetables well.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. Sprinkle with fried onions.
  10. Bake another 5 minutes.
  11. Serve immediately.
