  1. This was fabulous!!! I made the mistake of being a bit lazy and using the boxed corn flake crumbs -- they were a bit too fine and so the crunchiness wasn't there. I will do my own crunching next time! The flavor was great and BF and I were both wowed by it!! Thanks Inez

  2. This recipe was fantastic! I did not have boneless chicken but had whole breasts with bone in. I just cut them in pieces, kept the skin on and followed the recipe. Very moist chicken, crispy coating, and delicious parmesan flavor! Definitely another keeper for a quick, easy, delicious meal. :)

  3. My Husband and I loved this recipe! I didn't have much luck with the skillet part, so I just put it strait in the oven and it was FANTASTIC! I recommend putting the leftover ranch powder in some mash potatoes :) Yummie!

  5. What a wonderful recipe for chicken. My hubby and I ate it up. Nice and crispy and just a wonderful flavor. I only made two chicken breast. Just enough for us. Had squash as a side. That was our dinner and we loved it. Thank You for another recipe we can have over and over. Hugs

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
