Ingredients Nutrition

  • 10 ounces frozen peas, thawed and drained
  • 12 cup chopped celery
  • 12 cup chopped scallion
  • 23 cup sour cream
  • 8 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped cashews
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon and cashews.
  2. Brown bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Just before serving, stir in cashews and bacon.
