  1. The weird thing is that my kids did not enjoy this, but we adults loved it! They are going through a picky thing right now, though. I used homemade granola (recipe #65555) and halved the whole recipe. Nice flavor and presentation and would be a great after school snack if your kids aren't going through a picky phase!

  2. These were pretty tastey. I used golden raisins (I prefer less chewy) and apricot-ginger granola. I couldn't taste the apple at all, but at the very least this is a great way to feed it to the kiddos if they don't care for the taste, especially if you peel the apple (which I did not). The pudding added a nice sweetness to it and made it creamier than non-fat yogurt could ever be by itself. My son loved the filling and wouldn't eat the cone, and my daughter ate all the cone she could without touching the filling, but she's in an ultra-picky phase at the moment. :sigh: I liked them and very much appreciate another healthy snack in the arsenal. Next time I will add sunflower seeds or chopped cashews for just a bit of salty and extra crunch.
