Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to directions on the box.
  2. Drain spaghetti and lightly spray with vegetable oil so it does not get sticky.
  3. Mix peanuts and cilantro in food processor until crumbly.
  4. Mix the peanut/cilantro mixture with spaghetti, green onions, sesame seeds and red pepper.
  5. Mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, salt and sesame oil together in a small bowl.
  6. Pour over noodle mixture.
  7. Toss until the noodles are evenly coated.
  8. Refrigerate salad until cold and ready to serve.
