  • Butter a deep pie plate.
  • Beat eggs in a medium bowl.
  • Thoroughly stir in honey, spices, salt and pumpkin.
  • Add evaporated milk, mixing well.
  • Pour into prepared pie plate.
  • Bake at 350, 40 mins.
  • or until set.
  • May garnish with whip cream.
