“Easy to make and with fewer eggs than regular quiche. You can add any meat or vegetables you want to this, as long as the vegetables aren't too watery. Experiment with different herbs. You can even add Worcestershire sauce if you want. If you prefer, you can substitute other types of cheese or increase the amount of cheese, but the flavor and texture will change. I like to eat it either hot or cold. This recipe is very versatile.”

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, egg, 1/2 c milk, salt and any spices you are using.
  3. Add the remaining milk and the cheese (also meat or vegetables if using).
  4. Pour mix into a greased pie pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
