- 10 ounces frozen spinach
- 1 small onion
- 6 large eggs
- 16 ounces cottage cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
directions
- Thaw and drain spinach. Chop onion. Combine all ingredients and pour into greased pyrex dish. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes.
