  1. Very tasty chicken spread! I used leftover recipe #112084 and sliced up the leftover red bell pepper to use for the pimento. I like the creaminess that the cream cheese added. I did add some salt and pepper. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for ZWT9, The Apron String Travelers
     
  2. This was good and made for a nice lunch. We liked the ingredients in this chicken spread, but found it to be too creamy for us. Next time, I would either lessen both amounts of cream cheese and sour cream or skip the cream cheese all together. I really liked the additions of hard boiled eggs, pimento, and relish! Thank you fo posting.
     
  3. I like the ingredients in this chicken salad but we all felt there was too much mayo and cream cheese. I would cut them in half if I made this again.
     
  4. Quite good, but for some odd reason too salty for me, and I didn't even add salt! Maybe my crackers were the culprit. Made for ZWT9
