  1. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa -- cream crisco with sugar till fluffy --
  2. Beat in egg, add flour, alternating with milk beating till smooth --
  3. Add vanilla and nuts, drop by tsps on greased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake at 375° for 8 minutes.
  5. Remove and top each with glaze.
  6. GLAZE:
  7. Combine all ingredients.
  8. Melt butter and add cocoa and enough powdered sugar to make a glaze.
