  1. Take out a medium bowl.
  2. Cut up the tomatoes into half circles.
  3. Cut up cucumbers into half circles.
  4. Add all to bowl.
  5. Mix ingredients.
  6. Cut up green onion and add to bowl.
  7. Mix ingredients.
  8. Chop up garlic.
  9. Add to bowl.
  10. Mix ingredients.
  11. Drizzle in some oil and dark vinegar (to your preference).
  12. Add two shakes of salt and pepper (each).
  13. (Optional) add goat cheese.
  14. Shake on parsley, (to your preference).
  15. Serve!
