Directions

  1. Mix jell-o as per directions. I usually add a bit less water than called for as the cucumber has lots of excess water. Allow jell-o to cool slightly.
  2. Mix together softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add remaining ingredients but mix together with jell-o mixture last adding jell-o slowly so as not to clump.
  3. Pour mixture into jell-o mold and allow to set for 8 hours or over night.
