- 2 cups cucumbers, peeled, sliced
- 3 cups ice cubes
- 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
directions
- Place cucumber and ice cubes in the blender and pulse.
- Add buttermilk, parsley, mint, sour cream, and lemon juice.
