  1. Delicious!! I didn't add any sweetner at all & the cool, mellow flavor of the cuke is really all you need!! Super healthy & a wonderful alternative to plain water (but without all the sugar or artificial flavors) thanks for a great idea!!

  2. This is kind of refreshing without ice per preference. Maybe peeling the cucumber would be better. I used English cucumber which I didn't peel and it left bits floating in the top of the drink. Or maybe as another reviewer mentioned it would be better to strain through a coffee filter or cheese cloth placed inside a sieve. I used spring water & creamed honey. I'm sure this would taste best, ice cold.

  3. Thought this was quite refreshing. Like biting into a nice juicy cucumber but without the bite! Needed a finer seive as there were still some barely-there solids that were suspended and raised to the top. Maybe place a coffee filter in the sieve. Used honey. Omitted the ice cubes. Might make again, though it will probably be awhile, it's easier to eat the cucumber. lol.

  4. i just juiced the cucumber and did not add any sweetener or water. very refreshing!! will do this again :)

  5. Refreshing and a good way of using up cucumbers.
