ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) package lime gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
directions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill until firm.
