Directions

  1. Peel the cucumbers. Quarter, then slice the cucumber (remove seeds first, if you wish -- I always do).
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Combine the cucumbers, pasta, and slaw dressing. Add the green onion and garlic salt, if desired. Toss to combine.
  4. Allow to chill for atleast an hour for flavors to come together.
  5. Enjoy!
