Directions

  1. Peel cucumbers and cut lengthwise into quarters; remove seeds; finely chop.
  2. Remove liquid by drying and pressing onto paper towel.
  3. Combine cream cheese, cucumbers, green onions, salt and pepper; mix well.
  4. Cut rounds with cookie cutter from slices of bread, you can get two or three per slice.
  5. Spread with cucumber mix.
  6. Top with paprika or chili power.
