  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Slowly drizzle olive oil in while stirring to create consistency you would like. You may need more or less!
  3. Allow ingredients to sit for 6 hours or overnight
  4. Place some of the filling on 2 pieces of bread -- top with fresh cucumbers and enjoy!
