I have made this in large sandwiches for lunch and also cut the bread into cute little shapes for showers. I have always used the pumpernickel bread but you could vary this to your taste.”

  • 1 (8 ounce) cartonspreadable cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons ranch dressing mix
  • 2 -3 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 8 slices pumpernickel bread

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese and dressing mix. Spread on 4 of the 8 slices of bread. Top with cucumber slices then another slice of bread. Serve immediately.
