  • Roast sunflower seeds in a dry pan or skillet.
  • Chop onion finely. Prepare a dressing from vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to taste; mix with onion.
  • Clean endive and cut into thin strips. Clean beetroot and cut chop coarsely.Mix endive, beetroot and dressing; distribute sunflower seeds on top.
