  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut each tomato in half. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, curry powder and salt until well blended. Top each tomato with a portion of sour cream mixture. Place tomatoes in a shallow, buttered dish. Bake approximately 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Do not overbake. Serve hot.
  2. As a variation, you can add shredded cheese, chopped chives, crisp bacon, fine bread crumbs, etc.
