  • Cut hard boiled eggs in halves.
  • Eemove yolks and place in bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, milk curry powder and salt and pepper, mix well.
  • Spoon mixture back into egg halves.
  • Press down gently with a fork.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  3. Tasted great and nice presentation, I'd never thought about putting the curry back in the white before and it looks much nicer than 'mashed' eggs.

Im a busy mum of three well four if you include my husband! Lol... I really enjoy cooking :) Main meals are my favourite, and i enjoy all types of food!! My girlfriend and i have made Mondays "Baking Day" where we bake together at her house and i really enjoy this experience of making new and yummy things to try as well as spending time with my best mate.
