  • Start the rice early enough to finish with the curried shrimp.
  • In a LARGE skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Saute garlic, green onions, and curry powder for 5 minutes.
  • Add heavy cream, wine, sun dried tomatoes, and raisins. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and simmer for 5-7 minutes until warm.
  • Serve in bowls over rice.
