Directions

  1. Cook jumbo shells per package directions and let cool.
  2. For Filling (Can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to stuff shells):
  3. Mix tuna salad ingredients.
  4. Fill cooled jumbo shells with curried tuna salad and garnish with parsley.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
