  • Saute diced vegetables with butter.
  • Add rice, cold water, chicken base, garlic & curry powder.
  • Bring to a simmer, then simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Mix in chopped parsley and sliced almonds. Sprinkle with (lots of) lemon juice!
