  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, salt, paprika, pepper and ginger; coat chicken pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, brown chicken in butter.
  3. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish; set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, saute the green pepper, onion and garlic until tender.
  5. Stir in tomatoes, curry and thyme.
  6. Pour over chicken.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear.
  8. Serve over rice.
  9. Yield: 4-6 servings.
