  • On high heat sautee onions and celery on olive oil.
  • Then add fresh basil, pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder, curry and oregano flakes.
  • Once onions and celery are mixed with spices add chicken thighs.
  • After mixing thighs with vegetables add beans.
  • Add vinegar.
  • Cover and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
  • Add salt to taste.
