  1. Preheat the oven to 375*.
  2. Put the oats and spices in a food processor and process until smooth.
  3. Add the chickpeas, carrots, and oil and blend until smooth.
  4. If the mixture is dry and not sticking together add a bit more oil.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Using your hands, make 4 patties out of your mixture
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip them over carefully and bake 20 minutes more.
