  1. Microwave cream cheese until VERY soft.
  2. You don't want any lumps in the batter.
  3. I did 1 min on high.
  4. Add eggs and mix until smooth.
  5. Add whey protein, splenda, vanilla and baking powder.
  6. Mix until smooth (I ended up using a hand mixer to get lumps out) Cook on low heat on greased frying pan or griddle, let them set before flipping.
