Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large skillet, cook meat, onions and peppers, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Remove from heat when meat is brown and onion and peppers are tender.
  4. Drain off fat and set aside.
  5. Cook rice according to directions.
  6. Combine meat, onion, peppers and rice in casserole dish.
  7. Bake for about 5 to 10 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
