- Chop the onion, and fry with the sausages in the oil.
- Once cool enough, slice sausages in to medium sized chunks.
- Parboil your potatoes and pasta in slightly salted water.
- Drain and cut potatoes into cubes.
- Put all ingredients in a large pan and gently simmer until soft and edible.
- Serve in a bowl, and enjoy your meal.
