  1. Cut up bacon into small pieces and cook until crispy.
  2. Boil salt pork for 10 minutes and rinse with water
  3. Cut salt pork into small pieces and cook with bacon.
  4. Combine all ingredients in oven safe dish.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour covered stirring occasionally
  6. Bake an additional 1 1/2 hours with the cover off still stirring occasionally.
