Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons weber canadian steak seasoning (ground)
  • 14 cup monterey-jack cheese (Grated)
  • 14 onion, diced
  • 2 fresh jalapenos, diced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tony cacherey's creole seasoning

Directions

  1. In a small skillet on medium heat add Olive oil and diced jalapeños.
  2. Sauté jalapeños unit they are tender (2-3 minutes or so).
  3. Place ground beef in a mixing bowl along with the onion (use less if you like), cooked jalapeños, Weber's Canadian Steak Seasoning and grated cheese.
  4. Mix Well
  5. Form 3 hamburger patties by hand
  6. Season each side of the meat with creole seasoning
  7. Heat Grill and cook to desired doneness.
