Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (or a desired amount)
  • 14 cup of chopped onion
  • 3 -4 yellow squash
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon of cavendars all purpose Greek seasoning (optional)

Directions

  1. cut squash into thinly sliced rings.
  2. chop onions
  3. put all of your seasonings on the squash
  4. mix it all together in a medium sized bowl.
  5. put your ingredients into a pan of olive oil.
  6. on meduim to high heat cook squash for 15 minute.
