- 1 1⁄2 lbs part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 pint nonfat yogurt
- 12 fluid ounces maple syrup
- 3⁄4 fluid ounce vanilla extract
directions
- Puree the ricotta in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until incorporated.
- Flavor as desired and freeze in an ice cream machine according to the machine's directions.
