“My daughter was recently diagnosed as being allergic to casein so a regular smoothie wasn't an option for her. I put this together by modifying my usual smoothie to be dairy free. Replace water with additional almond milk (or other milk substitute) if desired. Oatmeal can be omitted if desired though I blend this in a vitamix so it's very hard to detect.”

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup almond milk
  • 12 cup water
  • 14 oatmeal
  • 12 tablespoon honey (more if needed)
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (I alternate between mixed berries, tropical fruit, etc.)

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. I typically blend all but 1/2 cup of the fruit then add the remaining fruit after everything else is well blended.
