Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 12 tablespoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Cut chocolate into slivers with a large knife. Place in a large bowl.
  2. Mix coconut milk, egg yolks, stevia, and salt in a saucepan. Heat over medium until steaming. Do not boil. Cook for 15 minutes until thickened.
  3. Pour milk mixture through fine meshed sieve to remove lumps into chocolate.
  4. Let mixture sit for five minutes.
  5. Stir chocolate and milk mixture slowly and constantly until fully mixed.
  6. Add vanilla and mix inches.
  7. Pour into container such as a bowl or individual cups.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
