Man this is excellent! Boy what a taste! I used beef ribs and the sauce is just perfect. The kind of sauce that when the ribs are gone, you dip your bread in it to get it all. *s* Easy to fix and so delicious. This a winner...a keeper...and getting fixed again next Sunday. I'm glad I picked this one. Many Thanks for it.

The sauce was fantastic....after a bit of changes! I am not really keen on ketchup, so I added 2 tsp hot pepper sauce, 1 heaping tsp of hot chili paste, about 1 heaping tsp of bbq sauce and 2 garlic, minced (a bit of horseradish would also give it a nice zing!!) I used this sauce over beef short ribs. Cooked them at 300 for 3 hours and they came out superb! My guests raved about the ribs...then came back for seconds. I would highly recommend this recipe!!!!
