i go to the School of American Ballet. I love to cook and bake very healthy things. I attempt to make them as low fat and calorie as possible...because i cannot control portion sizes that well. I am really into salads, and pasta, and especially sweets. If i made something really sweet and fattening, ill eat it earlier rather than at night. i go by the motto of " if you wish to be thinner, diminish your dinner" I'm a huge fan of Health magazine.
