  1. Peel cucumber and remove watermelon flesh from rind.
  2. Cut watermelon and cucumber into bite sized cubes.
  3. Slice the strawberries.
  4. Chop the mint and basil (keep a few mint leaves for garnish).
  5. Cut the feta into 1/2" cubes with a sharp knife.
  6. Toss the cucumber, watermelon, strawberries, feta, mint, and basicl in a bowl.
  7. Squeeze lime juice on top.
  8. optional - toast walnuts and toss in just before serving.
  9. Garnish with a few whole mint leaves.
