  1. Well, I'm from Denmark, and must add that this recipe is very authentic, except for the fact that the rødgrød is chunky, not that it being pureed changes the the taste :D Actually we serve it with cream too, which compliment the pudding very well.

  2. Simple and delicious dessert to make that my house full of kids (guests) totally enjoyed. I topped with a dollop of whipped cream. Thanks for posting a great dessert!

  3. I thounght this was plsant and easy, but not as intense a fruit flavor as I would have liked. I added additional lemon juice which did help brighten the flavor. I swirled with vanilla yogurt in champagnes flutes and garnished with fresh mint--it looked beautiful.

  4. Very quick and easy to put this together. I let this set overnight and had a wonderful tasting pudding type dessert. Followed directions exactly except for the half and half. Will be making this again soon.

I live in Melbourne with my gorgeous husband Andy! We're both total foodies who love making and eating dishes of all sorts - I normally try at least 4 new recipes a week. We both do swing dancing and are totally obsessed with our two beautiful cats, Couscous (mine) and Moo(DH's). Couscous loves red wine and savoury food, while Moois addicted to frozen yoghurt and chocolate. It's a full time job trying to eat dinner in peace!
