My son had to choose a European country fro this semester and he chose Denmark. Part of his grade was to prepare some food from the country of his choice. He made the cookies himself and presented them at school. They were very popular and two people asked for the recipe. They were so easy for him to make that he made them again with friends over the weekend and he is NOT a cook/baker at all! I suggest dipping the whole pretzel in sugar for those who want it a little sweeter but i liked that it wasn't too sweet.
