- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
directions
- Cut banana into chunks and peel.
- Add to blender with all of the rest of the ingredients but the nutmeg.
- Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
