ingredients

10 slices italian dry salami
1 -2 slice mild cheddar cheese (optional)
2 slices bread (White or Sourdough)
salsa chunky garden style salsa

directions

Place salami on bread.
Place cheese slices on top of salami (Optional).
Spread a couple spoonfuls of salsa on top of the salami and cheese.
That's it -- enjoy!
Don't put the salsa on before the meat and cheese. Also, I like to use a thicker sourdough bread because it doesn't fall apart as easy when you put the salsa on.
