Dark Chocolate Sauce

"Rich dark chocolate sauce to use with ice cream, frozen yogurt, fresh fruit or whatever sounds better with chocolate sauce. This recipe has been tinkered with until I felt I'd gotten it where I wanted it. Enjoy!"

 1. I rated this as good because I think there are others that will like this recipe but for me, it tasted too bitter.

I've been cooking since I was small. My parents nurtured this love of cooking along with my grandmother who was an old fashioned southern cook. I've always loved food & being creative with it. I started with baking & have evolved into other areas. I like to keep food simple & delicious, but occasionally I like to do a complicated dish.

I work at a veterinary clinic & i don't always have a lot of time to put towards cooking anymore. I have 4 of my own dogs & 1 foster dog which also keep me busy. Cooking & baking are my therapy. I escape to the kitchen so I can be creative and in the end there's something yummy to eat! I also love to read & watch soccer along with going to community events & the local farmer's markets.
